Q: Do you deliver?

A: YES! We deliver to anywhere in Avon with a $25 minimum order, and to the rest of Hatteras Island with a $100 minimum order. If you're making a delivery or pickup reservation for rental equipment, we need the name of your rental house and the realty company you are renting from, in addition to a pick up day and a drop off day. Typically we deliver and pick up around 12 o'clock. You do not need to be at the house during delivery or pickup.

Q: How does a one day rental work?

A: One day rentals are 24 hours. So if you pick up the equipment, it is due back around the same time the next day.  If we deliver, we will pick it up sometime after 24 hours.

Q: Do you rent for less the one day?

A: Yes. We do a "half day" rental for 4 hours.  And we can deliver to Haulover Day Use Area (Canadian Hole), just south of Avon on the sound side.  About 5 miles from the shop.

Q: Are lessons booked from the website refundable?

A: Yes.  If you book any lessons from the website, and for some reason we can't do the lesson (no wind, no surf, poor conditions, etc..), we will be happy to refund your money.
